[blfs-dev] Last call for BLFS-8.3

We now have all packages in BLFS tagged for 8.3,  There are still a 
couple of outstanding tickets but they can be put off if they are not 
done in the next day.

Otherwise, are there any changes needed before release?
I plan on starting the release checklists tomorrow afternoon [GMT-6] 
unless someone comes up with a show-stopper.
