Thanks for listing your options.

I might come back to this in a few days - for the moment I have not
checked my options, reading the changed translations is not especially
important, it's just annoying when I know that my system ought to be
able to display some of them.

If I can't hack it, maybe I'll try to create a MWE (asking people to
download my diff with 3.5 million lines is not sensible!).

Meanwhile, for firefox my priority is to try to understand what has
changes - and a lot of that seems to be either new/deleted files, or
files which were moved to other places.

So far, the only useful thing I've learned (in terms of building it)
is that the shipped sqlite is now 3.27.2.
