LFS-9.1 is released, so there is not much we can do. I think this is fixed upstream: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/util-linux/util-linux.git/commit/?id=cd781c405be82540484da3bfe3d3f17a39b8eb5c Will try to make a patch and refer to it in the errata.
