We have a problem caused by rust. Seamonkey cannot be built with a
version of rust later than 1.37 and librsvg now requires version 1.39 or
later.
As I see it we have the option of installing multiple versions of rust
in /opt or archiving Seamonkey.
I'm not sure what SM offers other than a different user interface. It's
capabilities are basically the same as firefox and thunderbird. Indeed
it uses similar (but earlier) internals as those packages.
I personally transitioned from SM to FF+TB some time ago and the user
experience is not significantly different.
What do you think?
