At various times we've had notes in the book for using wget at
github, but they all seem to have been commented out after the URLs
were changed. At the moment I can't find any URL which works to
give me a tarball named efibootmgr-17.tar.gz when used with wget.
Oddly, a couple of attempts to try different possible URLS gave me
pages with only 'Not found' on them (i.e. not the github 404 page).
