I've reached the point at which I must take some action. I think that I'm going to go with the package-user concept of management. My only problem at this point is that I didn't start this planning process until the end of my LFS build. I would like to not back track to the "chroot" phase of LFS. As a result, I have done none of the prep work for package-user and ALL of the LFS compiles were done as root.

If I start with package-user now, do I face any other problems than removing the references to /tools/* from the wrapper scripts?
