Hi There,

I trying to install OpenOffice-1.1.4 on LFS-20050428.
I am using the BLFS development version since I couldn't
find
the JDK version the stable BLFS book uses.
For installation I use the package user system as pointed
out in the LFS book.
The user is named open-office (doesn't really seem to
matter, though)

I get the following error during the ./bootstrap command:

=============
Building project helpcontent
=============
/usr/src/packages/open-office/office-build/helpcontent/unx/schart
mkout -- version: 1.3
dmake:
 /usr/src/packages/open-office/office-build/solenv/inc/rules.mk:
line 634: Error -- Multiply defined recipe for target
OOo_1.1.4-STLport_4.6.2-1.patch
---* RULES.MK *---

ERROR: Error 65280 occurred while making
/usr/src/packages/open-office/office-build/helpcontent/unx/schart
---* TG_SLO.MK *---
dmake: Error code 1, while making 'build_all'

I use the following configure line:

 ./configure --enable-libart --enable-libsn
--disable-mozilla \
 --disable-fontooo --without-fonts --with-system-zlib \
 --with-system-freetype --with-system-curl \
 --with-jdk-home=${JAVA_HOME} --with-ant-home=/opt/ant \
 --with-lang=ENUS --with-dict=ENUS --with-x

I do not get the error when using none of the patches, it
then exits a
bit later.
(which is not wierd, since these patches are there for
something after all
I do get the error when the patches are in the users home
directory
even when I do not apply them.

With google i got to the same link as in the BLFS mailing
lists:
http://linuxfromscratch.org/pipermail/blfs-support/2003-May/040196.html
Though I didn't believe it would be berkeleydb, I did try
an install
with berkeleydb
installed. This got to the same error.

Anyone out there having equal problems, or knows how to
solve this,
of can give me a link to documentation that adresses this
problem?

Thanks already

Herman
