Many folks will disagree with you. Myself, I think the above is bad advice. There is nothing wrong with stripping libraries other than it makes running a debugger useless. > Strip /bin, /sbin, & the same on /usr, /usr/local, opt, & /home/* > Don't strip any lib directories.
