I second that notion. LFS is extremely addictive. I just set up a mail server for the first time following mostly the BLFS book, and I can't believe I never had one before. Now I'm getting delusions of grandeur about installing apache, php, etc. The only thing I feel bad for is my old box that I'm always taxing to the limit. > My next project is build to HTPC/PVR based exclusively on Open Source > Software; I've bought the box already :-) Sounds fun. I think it's possible, but media support on Linux is always an adventure. It's one area that sadly lacks behind the proprietary stuff on Windows, IMO. -- Dan -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
