Yes, ls -AlFh /proc/bus/usb shows thatthere's a /proc/bus/usb
directory, but even when the hd is connected, the directory stays
empty.
I've just looked at the hardware-howto, and I think my hd is supported
even if it's not explicitly mentioned.
It's the first USB device I try to make work, I don't have any USB
flash driver. I really think that my USB isn't correctly configured
but I can't determine what is wrong.
hotplug and udev are installed, I don't understand.
