By the way what is the sed script doing exactly, because the first time I tried to compile firefox there was an error with exactly xptinfo_enum_1 not being declared.

Norman, do you still have the exact configure switches or mozconfig file available that caused this compile error. That change came from OpenOffice devel, not upstream Moz/FF. I had thought I'd tested that thoroughly, but if it was specifically that error, then I must have missed something.

Good chance that is the trigger. OTOH, gcc-4.x should have copped out with an 'anonymous enum' error without the sed. Maybe that is the difference, gcc3? Thanks in advance for any additional info you may be able to provide.
