I've never used gnokii, but it appears to me that KDE is not discovering
it because it is looking for library definitions that don't exist. This
is typically a case of a package looking for one version of something,
but because of API/ABI changes to the package it is looking for, it
fails the tests.

Bottom line is that it sounds to me as though KDE is looking for a
version of gnokii that isn't installed on your system.
