Hi all !
I'll answer here to all messages, so that I don't flood the list.

I thought I did, but I read the messages I posted, and you're right, I did
not. I'm on a 6.1 LFS+BLFS system.
As for the remarks concerning the update of bison+flex, I've followed what is
said in the book. I must admit, this doesn't strictly make a 6.1 system,
since the versions I now have installed are picked from the 6.1.1 and svn
versions of the book.
Concerning the remark made for the use of konstruct, I'll just say a few
things :
this tool does what it is intended for : it builds and install all the stuff
required to have a running kde. It installs all it requires and I don't
really think that it can break the system, since all is installed where you
specify it (and I use to install kde in /usr/local/kde{$VERSION} and then
make a symlink /usr/local/kde that points to it). But that's not the problem.
Since it didn't work, I just erased the /usr/local/kde3.5.2 directory and all
it's content, and tried to follow the book point for point regarding the
install of KDE. So I compiled and installed QT as it is said, and many other
things. I get exactly the same errors. So, I don't think that my problem is
related to konstruct.
I hoped to find a solution here, but now I doubt I will find one. That's not
so serious. When I have time, I'll back-up all the config files that are
in /etc and various places, boot my laptop with knoppix, and re-install all
the system after having erased all the directories and their contents (maybe
that /usr /var /bin /sbin and others will be sufficient, I'll look forward to
this).
Thanks all for your help anyway.
P.S. If someone has an idea about the problem, I'm still interested with it !
