Probably the reason is that lfs users should be experienced users,
without the need of someone that configures dri for them.
Well I didn't know about it, and I started with Unix in 197x. I'm about
as experienced as Brian Kernighan.
Never assume that anyone RTFMs. The more you know, the more you think
you know, and the easier it is to miss really important stuff.
Especially with new-fangled stuff like Graphical User Interfaces :-)
Computing went downhill when Xerox Parc invented rodents. Bring back
