backup copy of logrotate-3.3.tar.gz.

Redhat no longer likes to make it easy for you to find tarballs of
packages that they develop (unless I'm missing some magical server).
The most straightforward way to get the tarballs that they're using in
Fedora is to download the SRPM and unpack it. Look below, or on one of
the mirrors:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/source/SRPMS/

Of course, then you have to have the tools to manage RPMs...
