Links also a javascript engine that can be built with --enable-javascript. Could you post the output from about:buildconfig in the address bar of Firefox?
Here it goes: about:buildconfig Build platform target i686-pc-linux-gnu Build tools Compiler Version Compiler flags gcc gcc version 4.1.1 -Wall -W -Wno-unused -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Wno-long-long -pedantic -O3 -march=athlon-tbird -pipe -ffast-math -fomit-frame-pointer -fPIC -pthread -pipe c++ gcc version 4.1.1 -fno-rtti -fno-exceptions -Wall -Wconversion -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Woverloaded-virtual -Wsynth -Wno-ctor-dtor-privacy -Wno-non-virtual-dtor -Wno-long-long -pedantic -O3 -march=athlon-tbird -pipe -ffast-math -fomit-frame-pointer -fPIC -fshort-wchar -pthread -pipe Configure arguments --enable-application=browser --prefix=/usr --with-system-zlib --with-system-png --with-system-jpeg --enable-system-cairo --enable-official-branding --enable-canvas --enable-svg --enable-strip --disable-tests --disable-installer --disable-accessibility --with-system-nss --with-system-nspr I'll try spidermonkey and links+javascript when I have some time.
