OK, I'm looking at the upgrade now. The only wibble is that when I installed Xorg-6.8.2 as per BLFS 6.1 I uncommented "#define FontDir /usr/share/fonts" in host.def . This isn't an option in Xorg-6.9.0 as per BLFS-dev - instead you install them elsewhere and symlink them into /usr/share/fonts instead. I *really* don't want multiple versions of the fonts sitting around - maybe I should just reinstate "#define FontDir /usr/share/fonts"? Or will that break something else?
