My sister recently expressed an interest in learning about Linux (among other things I sent her the LFS book pdf). I would like to set up a server on my Linux system (Ubuntu 6.06 Dapper Drake) that will allow her to connect to the system over the Internet. I've been trying to get VNC working, with little success, until I discovered it only allows one person to be logged in at a time. The use dictates that the server be secure, and that client software be available for Windows, also it must be free. I'm bringing this request here because the LFS community has always struck me as the most knowledgeable about odd software.
