I have problems when setting up Kerberos V5-1.6 as described in
svn-20070122
Until
kinit root
or
kinit oli004
everything works fine and I get the results BLFS foresees (except perhaps, that
/etc/krb5/krb5.keytab is /etc/krb5.keytab)
But then I get the error message
Cannot contact any KDC for requested realms while getting initial credentials
My /etc/krb5/krb5.conf is
# Begin /etc/krb5/krb5.conf
[libdefaults]
default_realm = oli4sworld.org
encrypt = true
[realms]
oli4sworld.org = {
kdc = notebook.oli4sworld.org
admin_server = notebook.oli4sworld.org
dict_file = /usr/share/dict/words
}
[domain_realm]
.oli4sworld.org = oli4sworld.org
[logging]
kdc = SYSLOG[:INFO[:AUTH]]
admin_server = SYSLOG[INFO[:AUTH]]
default = SYSLOG[[:SYS]]
# End /etc/krb5/krb5.conf
My /etc/hosts is
127.0.0.1 notebook.oli4sworld.org notebook localhost
My /etc/sysconfig/network is
HOSTNAME=notebook.oli4sworld.org
I have just installed LFS, OpenSSL-0.9.8d, Linux-PAM-0.99.4.0, Shadow-4.0.15,
Iptables-1.3.5, Setting Up a Network Firewall an Xorg7.1
with all its dependencies
Have I made any mistakes?
Are programs/packages missing?
