I don't know exactly what is wrong, but because you've deviated from
the book and decided to use non-CAPS in the realm name (which now
makes your default realm and the other pointers to realm be the same
thing - the example file shows case differences which makes them
different, you have them the same) it makes it where I don't even
want to begin to guess what might be wrong.

The books says it is "recommended" and the example shows the realm
name capitalized. Why wouldn't you do what the book says?
