It probably should be. I imagine it's because the rsyncd user's home is /home/rsync. I don't think any of the current editors use rsyncd (I don't), so I doubt that page has seen much action in a long time. Looking at the LFS server, the rsyncd user does not have it's own home directory and it's serving content from /srv.
