Hi "Tijnema !", Well, that is not exactly the answer to my question. The question is how does one install 'Xf86' into /usr/X11R6? I want to install it there but there is nothing shown in the 'configure/install' commands given in the book, which can facilitate this. The second question is obvious: What exactly one has to enter in the 'host.def' file? Is it 'kbd' or is it 'keyboard'?
