FWIW, most newer systems do not include a floppy drive around here, so
booting from floppy isn't an option unless you buy a drive and install
it as an "after market" modification. I even get odd looks when I take a
floppy into a print shop and get the file on it printed, it seems I'm
the only one they ever see who uses floppies instead of thumb drives now.
