When i start the GNOME, i receive in the terminal the follow message:
gnome-panel: 9245 Failed to establish a connection with GDM: No such file or
directory
I reinstalled the two packages following all in the BLFS 6.2 but the
problem don't resolve.
I search in the .conf files of GDM and appear don't have problem. I believe
that it is a problem
of configuration, because the GDM program is normal linked and also all
libraries is OK in the system.
Because of this fail the options in the GNOME menus don't work, relative a
sessions.
Someone could give me some suggestion about it. Thanks!
