Yes, I think that's a fair statement. Although both Epiphany and Yelp
are moving to Webkit in the near future (the next Gnome release, I
think?), so this case will shortly become irrelevant for most people.

Assuming you don't have anything else that uses NSS. On my system, that
means evolution-data-server and NetworkManager...
