Just a patch for the nss/nspr combo adding the {nss,nspr}-config and
{nss,nspr}.pc files.

I should note that I'm using nss-3.12 with nspr-4.7.0. Gentoo appears
to have it down using a separate nspr-4.7.1. AFAIK, SourceMage is still
having problems as well. There was a bug report on Gentoo's lists with
the same errors, and supposedly there was an as-needed patch for nss
that fixed the issue.
Only thing that I've found even partially related is the gcc-3/4
visibility patch, but shouldn't be related IIUC. I've looked but have
been unable to locate any 'as-needed' patch for any of the mozilla
products in either the e-builds or the list of patches in the Portage
tree. I've sent a request to the SM maintainer to see what he has come
up with for it.
Though probably unrelated, I'm ripping out nss/nspr now and I'll be
using a separate nss and nspr. Probably as the book should do too given
that nspr is moving along faster than nss.
