Only kidding! I don't grok your first statement above (I'm only familiar with 'preemptive' in the context of the kernel), but in any case BLFS-6.4 has NOT been released yet. Because you are new here, I recommend you to read the archives of the blfs-support and blfs-dev lists, from about September or October last year through to now.
