I've been using xpdf and kpdf, but both are older versions (xpdf 3.01 
and kpdf 0.5.2).  For me, one advantage of xpdf is that it allows 
cut/paste to a text file (after a fashion), but kpdf doesn't do any. 
xpdf prints via lpr and that works well for me.  The problem with xpdf 
is that it doesn't handle window resizing properly.
