I have installed LFS 6.4 and have builtg GNOME with the instructions from BLFS-6.3. When I start GNOME, I get an error message saying that gnome-settings-daemon crashed. Some googling points me to gstreamer. I have installed GStreamer-0.10.13 and GStreamer Base Plug-ins-0.10.13. The test for gstreamer fails:
