Hi all,

I have a working LFS-6.5 system on which I have installed wget and lynx. I
am able to access the internet using these packages when in the chroot
environment, but not after restarting the computer and booting via grub.

The following two files show the output of "ip route show":

http://ms.unimelb.edu.au/~trice/ip.route-{direct,chroot}

The ip.route-direct file is the configuration after booting, cf
ip.route-chroot which shows the (working) configuration in the chroot
environment.

How can I make sure that the boot process leads to the same ip routing
configuration as chrooting does? Could it be a problem with my kernel
configuration? I've also posted that:

Let me know if you require any more info. I'd really appreciate any help
with this - the problem is really frustrating me.

Cheers,

Tim
