Yes, I am using Trinity as my desktop currently. I am using arch linux, I am moving to LFS-7 when I get it completed. I just have the kernel and the boot loader to finish. Then onto placing it on an lvm volume and I will be finished. I will then install xorg then trinty. I have some building scripts here: github.com/baho-utot/trinity if you would like to have a look at them.
