 I don't recall ever setting PYTHONPATH, but then I normally build
everything in /usr.

 I guess your immediate problem was something in that or those
versions of pygobject3.  That's only something I built to test the
gnome-3 instructions - did that with 3.0.2 back in December on an
LFS-7.0 system, my 7.1 desktop hasn't been built that far (I'm
hoping to copy the build to a new system soon and then try some
of the gnome packages, hopefully on a system with enough video
power to run clutter apps such as totem).
