Hm. I am not sure, but I have an integrated Intel card and tried Intel 
driver with --enable-sna switch. When started, everything in gnome is 
rendered badly, you could hardly see something. It's like one line is 
drawn, other is not. Fixed by not passing --enable-sna to the intel 
driver cmdline.
