i have some problems building libreoffice i guess i first tried with 3.4.something - and gave up..
last week i tried to build 3.6.0. make runs fine, but install fails. autoconf and make dont complain, but maybe i just have some missing dependencies as kde and/or gnome are not built as i use xfce. the 2 patches are applied, the required and recommended packages and perl-modules are installed. a short extract to show my problem: if i do as proposed in the book, make runs fine, but install fails with * * * ERROR: The following files could not be found: ERROR: File not found: dict-af.oxt ERROR: File not found: dict-an.oxt ERROR: File not found: dict-ar.oxt ERROR: File not found: dict-be.oxt ... ERROR: File not found: dict-zu.oxt ERROR: File not found: shared_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: sbasic_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: scalc_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: schart_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: sdatabase_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: sdraw_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: simpress_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: smath_en-US.zip ERROR: File not found: swriter_en-US.zip ... cleaning the output tree ... * * * and nothing at all is installed. i added some options to the autoconfig part, especialy --without-myspell-dicts --without-system-dicts now the dict* are not missing any longer, but i still have * * * ... analyzing files ...
