Yes, probably. I should have copied svn to 7.4 when there was a package freeze, but I basically forgot since the last release was 2008. To do it now would require more manual work than I'm willing to do. All the packages and md5sums are present, but not the 7.4 directory which is mostly a collection of symbolic links. If you want, I can let you do it.
