This seems a simple typo and the link should refer to 7.4, not svn. I've
reported this twice but it popped up on my tickler again so I'll try
again. If there's a reason this shouldn't be changed I'm interested in
why. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I failed to understand,
but it seems like a simple typo.
