Sorry for the former message, was not complete ! I have made some progress:
If I change kdm.service "ExecStart=/usr/bin/kdm -nodaemon" to "ExecStart=/opt/kde/bin/kdm -nodaemon", kdm starts now normal. I do not understand this behaviour, as my link in /usr/bin points to /opt/kde/bin/kdm. But anyway. I still cannot login, with the former error -------------------- kdmgreet(2913) KdmPixmap::definePixmap: Cannot find wallpaper "Elarun" klauncher(2920) kdemain: No DBUS session-bus found. Check if you have started the DBUS server. kdeinit4: Communication error with launcher. Exiting! kdmgreet(2913)/kdecore (K*TimeZone*): KSystemTimeZones: ktimezoned initialize() D-Bus call failed: "Not connected to D-Bus server" kdmgreet(2913)/kdecore (K*TimeZone*): No time zone information obtained from ktimezoned (EE) Server terminated successfully (0).
