All hail the BLFS support ARCHIVES! HAIL! HAIL Google!

This problem IS the one I met before when cloning to my i7! I reported
this problem Feb 28th. Again I tried searching this week with too many
keywords. Ken's suggestion was better, as was Mike Shell's in March.
I *thought* I had fixed it, so didn't document it for myself. (Have I
mentioned I'm beyond my alloted three score and ten? The way your
granny is sometimes forgetful? Failings of our hippocampus come to most
of us. I'm counting on the puzzles of building my own Linux systems to
be one of the brain exercises to stave that off as much as possible!)

One of the penultimate things my clone script does is run a "fixup"
script in a chroot on the target. I can delete the duplicate
header there.
