It mentions you need it when you use scrollkeeper but it's also needed for xdg-utils. I think the book needs to be
updated if this is correct.
I have docbook-xml installed. And when I installed docbook-xml, I ran the config commands that it shows in the
dockbook-xml chapter.
Are you saying that docbook-xml needs to be reinstalled / reconfigured after
installing xdg-utils?
