You're certain. With
ACLOCAL='aclocal -I $XORG_PREFIX/share/aclocal'
export ACLOCAL
libdrm-2.4.66 compiles well.
I have circunscribed that ACLOCAL assignment into a script designed to
Xorg-7.7 compilation. It explains my correct compilation of the Xorg-7.7
packages until Mesa.
I failed when I thought that those assignments in "Introduction to
Xorg-7.7" were needed only on Chapter 24 packages and not along Chapter 25.

I'm glad it's solved. Looking again at the error I see that we should
think earlier that the problem had to do with aclocal. It was late at
night here :)
