While compiling Wayland in BLFS 7.10 I received:
configure error: Package requirements (libxml-2.0) were not met:
No package 'libxml-2.0' found
I see only libffi listed as a Wayland requirement but after compiling
libxml2 Wayland compiled without error.
Should libxml2 be listed as a requirement for Wayland? If not, what
might I have done wrong? I was surprised I'd not compiled libxml2, but
have survived without it to this point.
