I tried with the ftp command and it hung with the same message. Tried
with wget and connection was refused. I did get my download in the end
by going to the gnutls.org website and downloading from there. I seem
to remember, there was a similar problem with gnutls in the last
release.
Sometimes there are site problems. I just tried it and it works for me.
