On both the ncftp site and its official mirror (ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.ncftp.com/ncftp/), the tarballs have been modified in December, while the files on the lfs mirrors are from November. Looks like a stealth update... A diff shows that some tests for detecting Clang have been added, together to more obscure things... Will update the SVN book.
