My question is, since I already ran the test suite on the same version
and same hardware, is it really cutting corners to skip it?  That is, is
there a significant risk that recompilation under almost the same
conditions might fail?  Of course, the difference is the addition of
Fortran: is that enough to justify running the complete test suite
again?  I'm asking in all sincerity, because I've never recompiled GCC
before.  But maybe I should just let it run through the night...
