Certainly in theory the test-suites are separable - ref e.g. (via quick
websearch on: gcc test suite fortran separate) :
https://gcc.gnu.org/install/test.html
How you use that info, is o/c in the end up to yourself.
Unless there's a partic need/urgency, I'd run the full test-suite again:
unless it is known & verified that the original-built parts (c, c++)
& their dependent infrastructure, are not affected by the new build of
the new, fortran part ... .
