I've discovered a message in /var/log/cups/error_log that ippfind was
not found. Indeed, there is no such executable in any of the paths that
$PATH points to (although ipptool is).
I have then re-made cups specifically to check wheter it builds ippfind
which it doesn't. After making it
find . -name ippfind
returned nothing.
So, I am wondering if ippfind has silently gone somehow or if there is a
prerequisite I didn't meet when I built cups.
