Yeah, the problematic code is the same from 0.63 to 0.69. However, IMHO,
we don't yet have enough info to file a report upstream. Once I see how
g++ is being called differently between 0.62 and 0.63 then I can get a
better idea of what exactly is going wrong - mostly likely a duplication
in the include paths.

I then plan to report this issue upstream. The main unresolved problem is
that I still don't see what is different about rhubarbpieguy's system - why
does he run into this problem while no one else seems to? The mostly likely
candidiate here was the setting of $CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH, but it seems that
is not the case.
