This tells glib-networking to handle certificate verification via the anchors
instead of the legacy certificate store.

The error thats in the log
gnome-shell[2334]: couldn't load TLS file database: Couldn't load list
of slots in PKCS#11 module: The module has not been initialized
if gio.sh is removed the error isn't there
