Hi Rick, Most symbiont cell phones use a compact flash card, usually called an MMC card. I may be wrong on which phones use these types of cards, however, I definitely know that Nokia cell phones use them.
They will also usually come with an adapter, which fits on the end of the card so that they fit in most readers.
