OK, if it were a Dell and less than 2 years old, there is a feature that
will restore your Dell computer back to it's original configuration.
Actually it will take it back to the day you bought it, just as if you were
booting it up for the first time.
I'll do some more checking and see if there is another solution for your
problem instead of reformatting it.
